Rather than taking commissions continuously, I'm now opening a limited number of commission slots at the beginning of each month. These slots will typically remain available for around 8–12 days, or until all spaces have been filled, after which commissions will close again until the next opening.
This system allows me to manage projects more carefully, maintain a healthier workflow, and give each piece the amount of attention it deserves without overextending myself. The number of available slots may vary each month — anywhere from 3–7 — depending on the complexity of current projects, order volume, and personal obligations outside of work. There are several ways to purchase a commission, including direct payment through PayPal Me, Square invoices, my website through PayHip, VGen (recommended), or Etsy. The available options may vary depending on the type of commission being purchased. If you are ordering through a platform that does not include a built-in commission request form, you will be asked to complete one through my website. This form allows you to submit all references, descriptions, and other important details needed for the project. Once submitted, I will review the request, assess the scope of the commission, and confirm whether I am the right fit for the project. This review process may take up to 48 hours. If we have already discussed the commission beforehand and details have been approved, you may proceed directly with purchase. However, you will still be asked to complete the request form, even if I already have the information, as this helps me keep projects organized and ensures nothing important is overlooked. With my schedule and availability having changed over time, most commissions are now handled in a surprise-me, or, 'skeb'-style format unless stated otherwise on the listing itself. This means that, after your order has been accepted, you will not receive progress updates throughout the process. Instead, the completed artwork will be presented at the end, where minor adjustments or corrections can then be discussed if needed.
Certain listings may offer the option to request an update during the sketch phase, though this will not always be available depending on the project and workflow at the time.
This commission style is designed for clients who are comfortable giving me a higher level of artistic trust and freedom throughout the creation process. Check-ins or requests for ongoing progress updates are discouraged, as they can interrupt workflow and significantly slow down production.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your completed commission, one revision round will be available at no additional cost. This can be used for smaller adjustments such as facial expressions, minor colour changes, lighting tweaks, or other reasonable corrections. However, major revisions — including significant pose changes, composition reworks, outfit redesigns, or other large structural edits — are not included after completion.
Because each piece is created specifically to order and cannot be resold or reused, clients acknowledge that time and labour are allocated immediately upon acceptance of a commission.
Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, commission complexity, and real-life availability outside of work. Typically, commissions are expected to be completed within approximately one month of purchase, ideally before the next commission opening begins. However, larger projects — particularly collaborative pieces, detailed scenes, or commissions requiring extensive communication and planning — may require additional time. In these cases, turnaround can extend to roughly two months depending on the complexity of the project and the revision process involved.
Please understand that all delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and may shift as needed throughout the commission process.
When ordering a commission, I ask that you be as detailed and specific as possible. Please take the time to genuinely think through what you would like included in your piece before finalizing your order, as major additions or changes may not be possible once work has already begun.
There is a small window of about 72 hours after purchase where you may still mention forgotten details or request modifications — such as accessories, clothing, backgrounds, etc. However, depending on your position in queue and how quickly I begin work on the commission, this may not always be available.
Visual references are extremely important and are required for me to begin working. I encourage the use of resources such as imagine boards, image collages, photo drives, slideshows, or other organized reference collections that help communicate the overall feeling, style, and direction you are looking for. Websites such as Canva and Pinterest work especially well for creating reference collages.
When gathering references, try to think about every detail possible — even details that may seem unimportant at first. Everything from physical features and personal styling to clothing preferences, accessories, colour palettes, and the overall atmosphere you're hoping for can help me create a piece that feels more authentic, cohesive, and uniquely yours.
Please also keep in mind that, unless otherwise stated, many of my commissions involve a level of artistic interpretation and creative freedom based on the references and descriptions you provide.
NSFW commissions are available, however they are handled with specific requirements to ensure a respectful and safe working process for both the client and the artist.
These pieces are often more intimate in nature, and communication is expected to remain thoughtful and respectful throughout. While discussion should remain polite, clients are welcome to be as detailed and descriptive as they feel comfortable with when outlining their request. Anatomically correct terminology is encouraged, and crude or disrespectful language is not necessary or preferred.
Reference material is accepted with limitations. Links to explicit adult websites are not permitted. However, public posts on platforms such as X (Twitter) or Patreon may be accepted where appropriate. Reference images should be limited to artistic or pose-based material (such as sketches, anatomy studies, or composition references), rather than explicit photographic content if possible. Written descriptions are often the most effective way to communicate your vision.
All characters involved in NSFW commissions must be clearly and verifiably adults over the age of 18.
While a wide range of themes and 'fetishes' may be considered, certain subjects are not accepted, including overly crude bodily functions, content involving non-human creatures or animals, or content outside the boundaries of artistic depiction. If you are unsure whether a request falls within acceptable limits, you are encouraged to ask before placing an order!
For safety and compliance purposes, I may request reasonable confirmation of age before beginning any NSFW work. Requests that cannot be verified or do not meet requirements may be declined at my discretion. As with all commissions, I reserve the right to refuse any request that falls outside my comfort zone or working boundaries.
All commissions must be paid in full upfront in order for work to begin. Occasionally, payment plans (including PayIn4 or Klarna) may be available depending on the platform or method used at checkout, but these are not controlled by me and cannot always be guaranteed.
If the queue is full or you are interested in securing a slot ahead of time, a pre-booking option may be available. This requires a 40% non-refundable deposit to reserve your place for the following month. This deposit acts as a holding fee and guarantees your position in the upcoming queue. Once your slot becomes active, you will have 96 hours to complete the remaining payment. If the remaining balance is not paid within this timeframe, your slot may be released and your deposit may be forfeited or credited toward a future commission slot at my discretion, depending on circumstances.
One extension of 72 hours may be granted upon request if needed.
Please note that work will not begin until full payment has been received. By submitting a deposit or commission request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, all sales are considered final once work has begun.
If a cancellation is requested before work has started, refunds may be issued depending on the stage of the process and whether resources or planning time have already been invested. Though, in some cases, a partial refund or credit toward a future commission may be offered.
If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on the amount of work already completed at the time of cancellation.
Because each piece is created specifically to order and cannot be resold or reused, clients acknowledge that time and labour are allocated immediately upon acceptance of a commission.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, completed commissions may be shared publicly as part of my portfolio and promotional content. This includes posting on social media (with credit or tagging), showcasing in galleries, and using the work as examples in commission listings.
If you prefer to keep your commission private, a privacy option is available and must be selected during the ordering process. This ensures the piece will not be shared publicly or used in portfolio displays. Please note that full or partial privacy (especially removal from portfolio use) may include an additional privacy fee, typically ranging between 12.5–18.5% of the total commission price depending on the scope of the request.
When shared publicly, commissions may be displayed with standard protective watermarking or presentation overlays to help discourage copying or unauthorized use.
All required references and materials must be submitted within 72 hours of placing an order. If additional time is needed, clients are encouraged to communicate this in advance so arrangements can be made where possible. If required materials are not provided within the given timeframe and no prior communication has been made, the commission may be cancelled. In these cases, 35% of the total payment may be retained as a non-refundable administrative and reservation fee.
Please note that work will not begin until full payment has been received and all necessary materials have been provided.
